    ooh we saw Iron Man today.


    it were fucking tits.

    i cant beLIEVE how good it was. it was like the third comic-adpatation ever not to suck balls. even gwyneth paltrow was almost not annoying.

    i didnt even spend one minute criticising Things They Got Wrong! (though I did go to the toilet halfway through and miss a few minutes, damn)


    one tiny fault: theres a fight scene which is basically a ripoff of Robocop 2. AND ben 10 (work that one out!)

    it made me even more excited about Tropic Thunder too [link]

    and yeah, there was stuff after the credits.... but i couldnt stay. i suggest you do, cos its often worthwhile!

    note: if they make a film with Nick Fury in, IT BETTER NOT BE SAMUEL L JACKSON I WILL BE VERY UPSET :(

    Yeh, iron man was great, up there in the top 5 adaptations for sure. Although i saw it in crappy showcase and the sound went for 5 minutes. As soon as it went weird I ran out of my seat to demand they fix the sound, expecting to be welcomed back by the fellow audience for my initiative and heroics with huge applause.
    I had none.
    ungrateful fucks.
